Q 1. I have a very busy corporate schedule with frequent meetings. How much time do I need?

My programs are designed for efficiency. You only need 1.5-2 hours per week for training. I focus on providing smart workout plans that fit in your routine, and your busy nutrition plan for fat loss or general fitness is integrated into your existing routine, not added on top of it.

Q 2. I am an NRI living in a different time zone. How will we communicate?

I manage a global client base across the US, UK, Middle East, and Australia. We use scheduled strategy calls that fit your local time zone and WhatsApp for daily accountability, ensuring you never feel like you're on this journey alone.

Q 3. Do I need to eat specific 'diet foods' or can I stick to Indian meals?

You will eat the food you love. I specialize in Quantified Indian Home-Cooking. Whether it’s Dal, Roti, Rice, or Non-Veg dishes, we adjust the portions to fit your fat loss goals without making you feel like a stranger at your own dinner table.

Q 4. I travel frequently for work. Will I lose my progress?

No. I provide Travel-Friendly Protocols for every client. This includes hotel-room workout routines and 'Dining Out' guides so you can navigate restaurant menus and business dinners in Bangalore or abroad without stalling your weight loss.

Q 5. How is this different from a local gym trainer?

A gym trainer only sees you for one hour. As a Physique Expert, I manage the other 23 hours your sleep, stress, steps, and nutrition. From Personal Struggle to Corporate Wellness Expertise

My fitness journey began in 2010. By 2016, like many working professionals, I found myself carrying unhealthy weight despite consistent gym training. That’s when I realized an important truth hard work without fitness science is just spinning wheels.

This realization pushed me deep into evidence-based nutrition and training. After years of intensive study with global experts, I completed my Foundation Course in 2017 and earned my Expert Certification in Nutrition & Fitness Sciences in 2018.

My professional experience includes working as a fitness and nutrition coach with FITTR, a Floor Manager at Talwalkars, and a Personal Trainer at Xtreme Fitness giving me both online and on-ground coaching exposure.

Between 2021 and 2023, I decided to put my own coaching principles to the ultimate test. My goal wasn’t just to “get big,” but to add lean muscle while staying healthy, mobile, and energized enough to run my coaching business.

I moved from 58 kg to 65 kg by applying the same quantified nutrition and sustainable training methods I use with my clients. This two-year journey taught me how to overcome plateaus, optimize recovery, and build a physique that lasts without spending seven days a week in the gym.
